3 верасня 1933 Браніслаў Тарашкевіч (растраляны ў 1938) і Францішак Аляхновіч (застрэляны ў 1944) былі обменяны савецкімі і польскімі ўладамі ля прыгранічный станцыі Коласава
On September 3, 1933, Branislaw Tarashkyevich (shot in 1938) and Frantsishak Alyakhnovich (shot in 1944) were exchanged by Soviet and Polish authorities at the Kolasovo border station.
У кастрычніку 1937 віленскі драматург Францішак Аляхновіч нарэшце выдаў па-беларуску аўтабіяграфічную кнігу “У капцюрох ГПУ”. Дагэтуль кніга пасьпела выйсьці на польскай, украінскай, італьянскай і партугальскай мовах. “У кіпцюрох ГПУ” апісвае як наіўны і даверлівы беларус, які вярнуўся на радзіму спадзяючыся, што ў Беларускай ССР ён зьдзейсьніць свае мары ў беларускім тэатры як пастаноўшчык, замест гэтага атрымаў на сваю долю цяжкія выпрабаваньні, а менавіта – 6 год адсідкі ў лягерах на Салаўках (ГУЛАГ).
In October 1937, Vilnius playwright Francishak Alyakhnovich finally published an autobiographical book in Belarusian, “In the Claws of the GPU”. Before the book had been published in Polish, Ukrainian, Italian and Portuguese languages. “In the Claws of the GPU” describes him as a naive and gullible Belarusian who returned to his homeland hoping that in the Belarusian SSR he would fulfill his dreams in the Belarusian theater as a director, instead he received severe trials, namely, 6 years of imprisonment in the camps Salavok (Gulag).
